Breakfast Tacos No more

I broke my morning breakfast taco addiction and have substituted for a healthier version.  Instead of the lard laced ones I was getting, I now have a whole wheat tortilla with turkey sausage, onion, teaspoon of medium salsa, green onion, egg whites, and green pepper.  Honestly speaking it is quite tasty.  My first weigh in since last posting my weight on here is this Friday and hope to have lost at least lost a pound.  I still need to do something about my physical activity though.  One step at a time.

Day 2

Okay day 2 and I went to bed with good intentions.  Set the alarm to wake up early and start my work out program, well I woke up and then…I went back to sleep.  I did good with my eating today, breaking my morning breakfast taco addiction is a little difficult, but I can do it.  So I will once again attempt to work out tomorrow.  Oh well, wish me luck and energy and committment.  I think I can, I think I can, I think I can.  Still looking for some buddies, I’m sure they will come in time.  My co-worker says I should have buddies, so I am open to buddy requests.
